The building symbolizes the dawn of a new era of financial leadership within Saudi Arabia\u2019s capital city.<\/p>\n<p>The hexagonal-shaped plan tapers inward and outward, providing clearspan floor plates that range from 26,000 square feet to 28,000 square feet. The podium structure at the tower\u2019s base integrates public circulation with private amenity spaces, including dining facilities and a two-story auditorium.<\/p>\n<p>HOK designed the tower, which is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification, in collaboration with Omrania &amp; Associates. Our scope for the PIF HQ Tower project was a Technical Due Diligence after being left for couple of years.
