It is planned to incorporate smart city technologies and also function as a tourist destination. The site is near Red Sea and the boarders of Egypt and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 Km2. (10,200 Sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.<\/p>\n<p>NEOM Construction Village is located within NEOM area, and houses 3 camps for 10,000 workers each in an area of approx. 440,000 Sqm each.<\/p>\n<p>Our scope of work for these NEOM village 1 &amp; 2 is Technical Supervision, Testing and Commissioning.
